The ceiling and wall displays are great. They bring up a lot of childhood memories of my Grandfathers wood shop. When I was young I remember he always saved all his empty jars (no plastic back then, only glass) and he would screw the lids to the ceiling then fill each jar with random elements (mainly nails, screws, washers, etc.) I loved working with him in the shop and looking up at the full jars and wondering how many pieces were in each one…

SP Architects designed this “Slow Food Pavilion” – the Pickles & Chutney Pavilion uses elements used in pickling, hanging over 3,000 mason jar lids from the ceiling, with the jars lining the walls, filled with recipes and pictures of pickles from around the world.
